Reconcile SAP Excel exports with the files your process already produces.
Export the report you need from SAP, compare it with another XLSX or CSV source, and review missing or changed records by business key. MatchDock processes spreadsheet contents locally in your browser and does not connect directly to SAP.
File-based reconciliation. No SAP credentials or direct system connection.

Use the reports you already know how to export.
MatchDock accepts XLSX and CSV files. It can compare an SAP export with a payroll file, vendor statement, migration target, legacy extract, or another operational spreadsheet without requiring an SAP transport, RFC, OData service, API, or server-side connector.
You remain responsible for producing the source reports and selecting the fields that define the reconciliation.

Select the sheet and header row that contain the table.
ERP workbooks often include report titles, parameters, or blank rows above the real column headers. MatchDock lets you choose a visible worksheet and adjust the header row before mapping fields. The preview stays bounded; the full dataset is not rendered as a giant browser table.

Compare source and target using the business identity of each record.
For material data, Company Code + Material + Plant may define the record. Quantity and valuation class can then be compared without becoming hidden key fields. Missing target records, changed values, duplicated keys, and invalid key components remain explicit.
