The same records do not always arrive on the same row.
One export may be sorted by vendor, another by posting date. A new record can shift every row below it. A visual row-by-row diff then reports noise instead of the business difference you need to investigate.
MatchDock separates record identity from row position. You choose the key, such as vendor ID, employee number, invoice number, or account. The comparison follows that key wherever the record appears.
